Her track record includes designing and managing education initiatives, from initial conceptualization to implementation and impact assessment.
During her 15-year tenure at the World Bank, Garba demonstrated expertise in leading transformative education reforms. She developed sustainable solutions by collaborating with governments, development partners, and local communities, ensuring long-term improvements in the education sector.

Garba’s previous work includes contributing to Nigeria’s achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in education.
